About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of promotional campaigns
Ensure critical deadlines are met and promotional activities are executed successfully
Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and franchise partners
Prepare, review, and maintain promotional briefs, allocations, and promotional information
Assist with catalogue production and promotional artwork proofing
Create store promotional materials
Generate reports and provide insights for promotional planning, forecasting, and decision-making
Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Category, Pricing, and Space teams
Contribute to process improvements and support additional promotional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Confidence working with data and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Experience or knowledge of promotional processes is highly regarded
