About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support setup of new stores by opening date
- Assist with relays and expansions of existing stores
- Assist with relocations of existing stores
- Implement planograms at new store setups and relays
- Implement Chemist Warehouse-approved merchandising at new store setups and relays
- Prepare merchandising materials for new store setups and relays
- Assist with development and testing of new merchandising strategies for Chemist Warehouse
- Assist store staff with planogramming and merchandising according to My Chemist Retail Group guidelines
- Report directly to the Store Setup & Support Manager
- Ensure project activities are completed efficiently, accurately, on schedule, and in line with operational standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous merchandising and/or retail experience preferred
- Experience with planograms highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Current driver's licence required
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel interstate and work flexible hours when required
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
