About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver planograms to support sales growth, maximise space utilisation, and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Analyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities and improve store layouts and merchandising performance
  • Test, update, and implement planograms, including new products, ranges, and store layout changes
  • Communicate planogram updates and provide support and guidance to stores to ensure compliance and successful execution
  • Prepare and deliver reports and insights to support merchandising and space planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support across the wider team
  • Ensure work complies with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards
  • Assist with additional projects and business initiatives as required
