About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and deliver planograms to support sales growth, maximise space utilisation, and enhance the customer shopping experience
Analyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities and improve store layouts and merchandising performance
Test, update, and implement planograms, including new products, ranges, and store layout changes
Communicate planogram updates and provide support and guidance to stores to ensure compliance and successful execution
Prepare and deliver reports and insights to support merchandising and space planning initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support across the wider team
Ensure work complies with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards
Assist with additional projects and business initiatives as required
