Team Leader – B2C Sales, Energy Management
CheckfoxTeam Leader in B2C Sales at Checkfox managing and developing a remote sales team in energy management. Responsible for achieving sales goals with a focus on customer and market development.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leadership & management of the sales team: leading, motivating and developing your sales team to achieve defined targets
- Budget responsibility: as Team Leader you are responsible for a monthly advertising budget for your team of approximately €250,000
- Customer and market responsibility: identifying new customer and cross-selling opportunities to diversify our product portfolio
- Revenue responsibility: achieving defined KPIs
- Reporting & analysis: analyzing key metrics, producing forecasts and providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration: close coordination with the Head of Sales and Head of Tech
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent commercial qualification
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience, ideally in the energy sector
- Experience managing more than 8 FTEs (full-time equivalents)
- Strong customer and results orientation with a high degree of autonomy
- Strategic thinking combined with strong empathy
- Highly motivated to consistently deliver above-average results, with a passion for success and excellence

- Fixed salary (€60,000) plus commission — target total annual compensation €80,000–€95,000 (permanent employment)
