About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leadership & management of the sales team: leading, motivating and developing your sales team to achieve defined targets
  • Budget responsibility: as Team Leader you are responsible for a monthly advertising budget for your team of approximately €250,000
  • Customer and market responsibility: identifying new customer and cross-selling opportunities to diversify our product portfolio
  • Revenue responsibility: achieving defined KPIs
  • Reporting & analysis: analyzing key metrics, producing forecasts and providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration: close coordination with the Head of Sales and Head of Tech

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent commercial qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional sales experience, ideally in the energy sector
  • Experience managing more than 8 FTEs (full-time equivalents)
  • Strong customer and results orientation with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong empathy
  • Highly motivated to consistently deliver above-average results, with a passion for success and excellence
