Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Experience handling leads in the retail/private customer segment
Persistence and resilience in phone-based customer interactions
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with established corporate processes
Service-oriented with a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work in a structured, efficient and precise manner, even in a dynamic environment
Motivated to consistently achieve above-average results; driven by a passion for success and high performance
Team player with flexibility and reliable work habits
