About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct qualified screening/qualification calls with prospective customers using our dialer
- Qualify and engage customers for a comprehensive consultative sale offering multiple tailored product solutions
- Accurately document and follow up all contacts in the system
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our advisory and closing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Experience handling leads in the retail/private customer segment
- Persistence and resilience in phone-based customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with established corporate processes
- Service-oriented with a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work in a structured, efficient and precise manner, even in a dynamic environment
- Motivated to consistently achieve above-average results; driven by a passion for success and high performance
- Team player with flexibility and reliable work habits
