About the role

  • Fill the founders' calendars with highly qualified meetings.
  • Responsible for all pre-sales activities: list building, multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp), lead qualification, and meeting booking.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting through to closing.
  • Build high-volume lists of qualified prospects (target: 250–300 contacts/week).
  • Launch and optimize multichannel prospecting campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the founders.
  • Develop a scalable, predictable prospecting system.
  • Open the UK and US markets (fluent English required).
  • Progress into closing and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or an outbound sales role.
  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment highly preferred.
  • Proven track record: you have met or exceeded prospecting targets.
  • Hungry to win: driven to perform and prove your value.
  • Excellent written communication: you can craft messages that generate responses.
  • Highly organized: able to manage multiple priorities and sequences in parallel without dropping anything.
  • Autonomous and resourceful: you take initiative and find solutions independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you adapt, iterate, and continuously optimize.
