About the role
- Build context-aware, multilingual Voice AI agents with proactive task-handling capabilities.
- Integrating complex workflows with Voice AI and Human in the loop.
- Fine-tune LLMs with LoRA/PEFT and evaluate using BLEU, ROUGE, and human-in-the-loop metrics.
- Prototype and deploy AI features as production-grade services with robust API integration.
- Implement AI governance for ethical usage, bias mitigation, and GDPR/CCPA compliance with explainability tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Voice AI engineering, with expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics.
- Proficiency in NodeJs Langchain/Langraph/other Frameworks
- Experience with API-driven development and deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
