About the role
- Build context-aware, multilingual conversational AI agents with proactive task-handling capabilities
- Develop multimodal AI systems integrating text, image, and other data using frameworks like CLIP
- Fine-tune LLMs with LoRA/PEFT and evaluate using BLEU, ROUGE, and human-in-the-loop metrics
- Prototype and deploy AI features as production-grade services with robust API integration
- Implement AI governance for ethical usage, bias mitigation, and GDPR/CCPA compliance with explainability tools
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in AI engineering, with expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics
- Proficiency in NodeJs Langchain/Langraph/other Frameworks
- Experience with API-driven development and deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
