About the role

  • Take ownership of agency delivery and operations
  • Ensure on-time, on-quality, on-margin deliveries
  • Implement and enforce high execution standards
  • Quickly identify operational friction points and resolve them

Requirements

  • Significant agency experience (head of operations / team lead / entrepreneurial experience)
  • Expertise in social ads and Meta Business Manager
  • Strong interest in process development and organizational structuring
  • Excellent knowledge of the social ads market and creative production
  • Very strong structuring and prioritization skills
  • Obsession with operational excellence
  • Natural, calm, and composed leadership
  • Strong business and performance orientation
  • Ability to stay composed during chaotic periods
