About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading complex software delivery and implementation projects from initiation through closure
Ensure successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client outcomes
Establish and maintain delivery structure, governance cadence, and project controls across the full project lifecycle
Define and control project scope in partnership with key stakeholders
Build and manage integrated project plans
Drive milestone delivery, manage dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and critical path items
Full ownership of RAID management
Anticipate delivery threats early and intervene decisively
Manage challenging clients, set expectations clearly, facilitate decisions, handle conflict, and maintain momentum
Ensure project documentation and delivery reporting are accurate, timely, and audit-ready
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage third-party implementation partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant project management experience
Strong experience leading medium to large software implementation or technology delivery projects in international environments
Strong command of project governance and delivery controls, including RAID management, schedule management, change control, status reporting
Proven capability in managing difficult or high-demand clients while maintaining professionalism
Excellent stakeholder management across executive sponsors and client leadership
Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams
High resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using project delivery and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Projects, Microsoft 365, Excel
