About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program
  • Learn the many facets of Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing
  • Complete three rotations, each 10 months long
  • Rotate through procurement, supply and demand planning, transportation, and supply chain transformation
  • Potentially relocate short-term to Charter Casting in Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI; Charter Steel in Saukville, WI; and Charter Wire in Milwaukee, WI
  • Integrate with and gain exposure to diverse business operations
  • Receive coaching, mentorship, and professional development
  • Secure placement upon program completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience
  • Prior experience participating in a team environment
  • Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Recent college graduate or May 2027 graduate
