About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two- to three-year rotational program
- Learn the many facets of Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing
- Complete three rotations, each lasting 10 months
- Rotate through procurement, supply and demand planning, transportation, and supply chain transformation
- Potentially relocate short-term to Charter Casting in Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI; Charter Steel in Saukville, WI; and Charter Wire in Milwaukee, WI
- Integrate with and gain exposure to diverse business operations
- Participate in onboarding, professional development, coaching, and mentorship
- Receive guaranteed placement upon program completion
- Travel as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- December 2026 graduate
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience
- Prior experience participating in a team environment
- Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business
- Willingness to travel as needed
