💰 €28,000 - €35,000 per year
About the role
- Provide advice to farm operators on their construction, renovation, or compliance projects (sanitary, environmental, safety, animal welfare, etc.)
- Support in preparing regulatory application packages for agricultural buildings (building permits, prior declarations, ICPE [Installations Classified for Environmental Protection], specific authorizations)
- Assist to ensure compliance and streamline administrative procedures
- Advise and prepare administrative files for works related to regulatory upgrades
- Organize and lead group events: information sessions, training, and technical workshops aimed at farmers with building projects.
Requirements
- Degree or training in construction, building, architecture, or significant experience with agricultural buildings
- Strong interest in the agricultural sector and its specific requirements
- Good knowledge of building regulations, ICPE requirements, and agricultural standards
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, ability to communicate and teach, and autonomy
- Ability to work in a team and carry out on-site field work
