About the role
- Contribute to a strategic program focused on autonomy and climate
- Participate in an initiative aimed at strengthening farm autonomy
- Carry out impact studies of climate change on agricultural systems
- Perform carbon diagnostics and identify action levers
- Support farm operators in implementing and monitoring their action plans
- Develop key data for advisors and farmers
- Monitor technical and economic reference data on farms
- Organize farm visits and technical workshops
Requirements
- Engineering degree in agronomy/agriculture or equivalent
- Good understanding of the overall operation of a farm
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Rigour, organizational skills and strong writing abilities
- Adaptability to changes in the profession
- Proficiency with computer and statistical tools
- Valid driving licence (category B) required
