About the role
- You will work on both business advisory for diversification and the coordination and animation of producer networks.
- Support project leaders in their diversification initiatives (integration into short supply chains, creation or development of activities), providing comprehensive business advice from the initial reflection and positioning phase through techno-economic analysis to the preparation of the business plan.
- Coordinate and develop the Bienvenue à la Ferme network and other local/regional brands: prospecting and supporting project leaders, monitoring members, and promoting and animating the network.
- Promote agricultural products and agritourism activities at markets, fairs, trade shows and local events.
- Contribute to monitoring implemented actions: establishing indicators and participating in the identification and tracking of funding.
Requirements
- Experience advising and supporting agricultural businesses and project leaders in diversification (short supply chains, agritourism, direct sales).
- A business-advisor mindset, grounded in fieldwork and the realities of agricultural operations.
- Experience in coordinating, animating and developing a producer network, with the ability to bring people together and maintain collective momentum.
- Strong understanding of economic and commercial issues and of valorising local production, with an appetite for developing and enhancing offerings.
- Project management and coordination skills, and experience working in partnership with local stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and the ability to mobilize stakeholders, autonomy, initiative and a collaborative team spirit.
- A strong interest in agriculture and local territories.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient use of common IT tools.
