Support the implementation and monitoring of the crop trials program in your area
Deliver and roll out training on crop-related topics within your areas of expertise, including Certiphyto
Contribute to regulatory compliance for a client portfolio by preparing the Planned Fertilization Plan (Plan Prévisionnel de Fumure) via MesParcelles and providing support for PAC (EU Common Agricultural Policy) declarations
Contribute to the regional and national agro-machinery network: support fellow advisors by providing reference materials, leading training sessions and open days, etc., through an active partnership with the Fédération des CUMA (agricultural machinery cooperatives)

Requirements

Minimum higher education: Bac+2 (equivalent to an associate degree) in agriculture/agronomy or a related field
Experience in crop/plant production
Holder of Certiphyto advisory certification
Commercial acumen to develop the branch’s client portfolio
Enthusiasm for field work, strong client-listening skills and good interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team
Group facilitation and meeting leadership skills
Ability to work independently (autonomy)
Valid driving licence (category B)
