About the role
- Support farmers in managing their agricultural businesses
- Carry out economic studies for farm installation or investment projects
- Assist farm operators with grant and subsidy applications
- Manage a client portfolio in support of CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) declarations
- Support project applicants and newly established farmers
- Assist project applicants as part of the Point Accueil Installation (PAI) (Installation Reception Point)
- Lead the Personalized Professionalization Plan for prospective new entrants
- Develop and expand our technical and economic advisory services for farms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent with experience in the agricultural sector
- Broad knowledge of farm business operations, with specific expertise in economic analysis and regulatory frameworks
- Motivation for advisory work, commercial aptitude and strong client listening skills
- Ability to work in a team, with facilitation and presentation skills
- Valid driving license (Category B)
