About the role
- Support farmers in water catchment protection areas by analyzing and advising on the evolution of their cropping systems
- Contribute to the regulatory monitoring of a client portfolio by preparing the Fertilization Forecast Plan (via MesParcelles) and providing assistance with CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) declarations
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the crop experimentation program in your sector
- Deliver and promote training offerings on crop-related topics within your areas of expertise
Requirements
- Higher education in agriculture/agronomy (minimum Bac+2) with experience in Crop Production
- Holder of the Certiphyto advisory certificate
- Commercial aptitude to develop the branch's client portfolio
- Enjoy fieldwork, client-focused listening and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Group facilitation and meeting leadership skills
- Autonomy
- Hold a category B driving licence
