About the role

  • Monitor performance within your area: translate collective and individual objectives, track progress, and adjust/prioritize workloads
  • Support your team members’ career development using available development tools
  • Serve as the primary client/stakeholder contact for cross-cutting business development
  • Implement the commercial development roadmap tailored to your unit
  • Act as the main liaison with and between local elected representatives
  • Participate in local governance bodies to steer and follow local development projects
  • Support groups in the design and implementation of agricultural or food-related actions
  • Support elected officials and manage relationships with partners and local authorities
  • Maintain active monitoring of territorial projects and calls for tender

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Territorial Agri-Development or equivalent
  • Experience in management
  • In-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector and its stakeholders
  • Team management experience
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Pedagogical aptitude / coaching ability
  • Proficient in project management and meeting facilitation
  • Strong written communication skills
