About the role
- Provide daily advisory support to farm operators
- Collaborate with farmers on the tactical management of their operations
- Support the facilitation of local agricultural development groups
- Provide advice on crop fertilization management (fertilization plans)
- Lead Certiphyto training sessions
Requirements
- Degree in agricultural/agronomic engineering or an agricultural BTS (technical diploma)
- Experience in agricultural advisory services preferred
- Comfortable with on-farm experimentation and field trials
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities
