About the role
- Bring ownership of our highest impact paid social channels in house
- Increase spend and efficiency across these channels
- Bring sharper analysis, projections, and funnel visibility to our performance marketing efforts
- Balance left-brain analytical rigor with right-brain creative instincts
- Translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Raise the bar on experimentation, measurement, and accountability
- Ramp spend intelligently around key sports calendars (NBA, NFL, etc.)
- Align paid social efforts with broader marketing channels (organic, CRM, email, SMS, in-app messaging)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid social strategy and execution (agency or brand side), including hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis
- Experience managing large-scale paid social budgets (ideally scaling toward $2M+/month)
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to design and execute data-driven marketing experiments
- Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and performance metrics (CPA, LTV)
- Ability to apply sports culture and gaming behavior (DFS, betting, fantasy sports) to acquisition strategy
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
