About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures.
Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks.
Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, state, and tool usage.
Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, databases).
Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines.
Partner with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles.
Strong background in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM).
Proven experience building or working with LLM-powered agents.
Experience with LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow orchestration.
Certifications (Preferred to have one or more) AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (highly valued).
AWS Certified Developer – Associate.
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent (nice to have).
