About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the team and coordinate the proper installation and repair of exterior facade systems.
Collaborate in the development of project plans with the Project Manager and Field Superintendent.
Supervise, motivate, and train team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance, providing guidance on application techniques, productivity, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain communication with the client’s representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required.
Stay up-to-date on manufacturer specifications and implement them across all relevant projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Construction Supervision Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Construction Supervisor, overseeing job sites and crew activities.
Specialized Skills: Proven expertise in sheet metal, wall panel installation, or carpentry work.
Technical Drawing (Blueprint) Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints), as it facilitates precise execution of each project.
Tools of the trade: Candidates are expected to provide their own hand tools necessary for completing tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel: Candidates must be open to traveling to job sites.
Reliable transportation: Personal transportation is required to commute to and from various job sites.
