  • Participate in, propose, and promote initiatives that strengthen design as a discipline within the projects or teams where you are formally assigned
  • Understand the impact of your work

Requirements

  • Be able to apply design methods to projects within your area of expertise and work autonomously
  • Understand the need to critically adapt methods applied in projects
  • Contribute to the technical development of less senior designers
  • Define and explain your technical decisions within the scope of the project, supported by technical rationale
  • Support the definition of the product roadmap
  • Interact with the client team to identify needs and align on the project with minimal guidance from leadership
  • Be able to understand technical, social, and business constraints for adopting a solution
  • Design and propose solutions that follow design best practices according to the project context and the needs of users and clients
  • Execute design processes autonomously across different phases of the project
  • Advanced English for writing, listening, reading, and speaking
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD and Sketch, and with prototyping and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro)
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Information Architecture, and Lean UX
