About the role

  • Contribute to the solution development process

Requirements

  • Advanced English (writing, listening, reading, and speaking)
  • Knowledge of prototyping and collaboration tools (Miro)
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Information Architecture, and Lean UX
  • Ability to understand technical, social, and business constraints for solution adoption
  • Able to design and propose solutions following design best practices according to the project context, user needs, and client requirements
  • Able to independently execute design processes across different project phases
  • Master's degree or specialization in the field (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Accessibility (WCAG), and Design Ops
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools to optimize design processes (e.g., AI for generating assets, copy, wireframes, and automating repetitive tasks)
