About the role

  • Contribute to the collaborative development of your project's solution, working autonomously and in alignment with your team's development process.
  • Identify and flag potential risks affecting the progress of your project activities using relevant metrics, and participate in designing mitigation alternatives.
  • Contribute collaboratively to the planning of project activities.
  • Define and explain your technical decisions based on software development best practices, detailing the solutions used to resolve and clarify any questions.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, working in partnership with design, QA, and project management leads.

Requirements

  • Produce and understand code free of critical bugs within the main execution flow; ensure it is documented, covered by unit tests, and compliant with the adopted software development standards.
  • Understand the software architecture of the project you work on.
  • Knowledge in architecture, design, and development with the following technology stack:
  • Strong knowledge of at least one backend language such as Java, Go, PHP, or JavaScript
  • Proficiency in a front-end framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Relational databases (SQL)
  • Git for version control and CI/CD best practices
  • Docker for virtualization and containerization of applications
  • Microservices architecture
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Experience using copilots (AI)
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) for client interactions outside Brazil
  • Additional knowledge of tools and methodologies related to agile software development, such as Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
