About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Undertake maintenance, servicing and repairs on a range of generators
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, providing solutions to minimize downtime
Support the business with being part of the on-call rota
Safely travel to customer sites and carry out planned and reactive work
Deliver excellent customer service and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

NVQ L3 or City and Guilds equivalent electrical and/or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in power engineering or a similar industry
Experience as a hands-on Generator Field Service Engineer
Proactive problem-solving abilities
A valid driver's license
Your own tools
