About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deliver frontend‑heavy full stack applications from concept to production.
Own the entire SDLC, Requirement understanding, System and UI architecture, Development and code reviews, Deployment and production support.
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical direction and quality oversight.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, including: Requirement discussions, Architecture walkthroughs, Status updates, technical decision explanations.
Ensure applications meet standards for: Performance, Scalability, Security, Maintainability.
Effectively leverage AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
Take full ownership of deliverables, timelines, and solution quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ Years of frontend heavy Full stack experience.
Claude Code Expertise.
Nextjs/React Expertise.
Any backend tech stack handson experience.
Handson experience with Aws OR Azure.
Must build end to end solution independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience leading small team & independently managing client.
