About the role

  • Leverage AI agents/tools for code generation, refactoring, and debugging
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting of complex software constructs
  • Participate in defining coding standards for the team
  • Lead design and development of moderately complex software components
  • Construct unit tests over complex algorithms
  • Collaborate with other engineers and provide feedback on complex code algorithms
  • Author technical documentation and design sketches
  • Provide high-level estimates for projects

Requirements

  • Computer Science Degree with 8+ years’ experience in Software Development
  • Experience using C#, ASP.NET 4.5+, .NET Core
  • Hands-on experience with Github CoPilot, GPT, Cursor, Claude, MCP Servers
  • 7+ years MS SQL relational database design and querying
  • 7+ years experience with JavaScript Framework (jQuery, Angular 8+, Node)
  • 3+ years experience in Angular, TypeScript
  • 3+ years experience with ORM Tools (NHibernate, Dapper)
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microservice and Event Driven architectures (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with SaaS/multi-tenant platform
  • Familiarity with caching platforms (Redis/Memcached)
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement + web vitals improvement is a plus.
  • Good understanding of handling or maintaining the security of the project / site.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, CI-CD Pipelines, ORM Tools, AWS Services
