About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct evaluations and audits at educational providers
Assess program approvals
Review program and provider documentation as part of approval procedures
Document audit and evaluation reports
Prepare well-founded assessment reports for submission to our internal decision-making process
Communicate with providers to clarify questions or to request missing information
Collaborate with the certification body in relation to certification decisions
Provide subject-matter input for the continued development of our audit methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider required
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and diplomatic tact
Confident use of digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software)
Very good written proficiency in German
Educational, administrative, or business/economics background is an advantage
