About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct evaluations and audits at educational providers
- Assess program approvals
- Review program and provider documentation as part of approval procedures
- Document audit and evaluation reports
- Prepare well-founded assessment reports for submission to our internal decision-making process
- Communicate with providers to clarify questions or to request missing information
- Collaborate with the certification body in relation to certification decisions
- Provide subject-matter input for the continued development of our audit methodology
- Optional involvement in special cases, expert opinions, or appeal procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider required
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and diplomatic tact
- Confident use of digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software)
- Very good written proficiency in German
- Educational, administrative, or business/economics background is an advantage
