About the role

  • Join the development team, taking work items for development each Sprint.
  • Perform development activities such as analysis and design, programming, testing, and requirements.
  • Manage your own work, promptly notifying the team of any delays or other impediments.
  • Be proficient in your programming language of specialty: .NET (VB.NET or C#).
  • Demonstrate proactivity, the ability to work in a team, self-management and decision-making skills, and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing banking systems.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of agile software development, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban.
  • Analysis of functional, non-functional and agile requirements.
  • Relational and NoSQL data modeling.
  • User Experience (UX) and usability concepts.
  • Continuous integration (CI), Gradle, Maven, Nexus, Jenkins, test-driven development (TDD), specification by example, refactoring, and continuous delivery (CD).
  • Software testing: unit, integration, system/functional, acceptance/story, load, performance, vulnerability, usability, and accessibility testing. Automation of functional, unit and load tests using software tools.
  • Building database queries in SQL and NoSQL.
  • Concepts of source code version control and experience with ClearCase, GIT and SVN; IDEs such as Eclipse, Android Studio and Xcode.
  • Undergraduate degree in progress in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
