About the role
- Ensure Scrum is understood, applied, and disseminated across the organization.
- Facilitate mapping and propose improvements to the Scrum implementation process within development teams.
- Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs.
- Propose business solutions that best meet those needs.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
- Ensure the execution of Scrum events and that their objectives are met.
- Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments.

Requirements

- Help the PO clearly communicate the vision, goals, and Product Backlog items to the development team.
- Guide the team to create clear and concise Backlog items.
- Help the Team understand long-term Product planning in an empirical environment.
- Understand and practice agile principles.
- Act as a facilitator in Scrum events as required or necessary.
- Provide leadership so the development team can create high-value products.
- Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments to development progress.
- Assist the development team in environments where the Scrum process is not yet fully adopted or understood.
- Lead and train the organization in adopting Scrum.
- Plan Scrum implementations within the organization.
- Drive changes that increase the Scrum team's productivity.
- Work with other Scrum Masters to improve the effectiveness of Scrum adoption across the organization.
