About the role

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from screening resumes to scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, facilitating their adaptation and providing necessary information on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of training and development programs, assisting with logistics and organization of activities.
  • Participate in employee performance evaluations by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
  • Assist in preparing and updating HR policies, procedures, and manuals, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company guidelines.
  • Provide support in managing organizational climate by conducting satisfaction surveys, proposing improvement actions, and assisting internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Contribute to special HR projects, such as corporate events, engagement campaigns, or recognition programs.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles (preferred).
  • Ability to work with HR management systems and Microsoft Office suite (preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail (preferred).
