About the role

  • Create engaging, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
  • Work closely with designers, back-end developers, marketing and content teams to build and maintain websites.
  • Develop and maintain website infrastructure, application integration, coding, and programming both front-end and back-end experiences.
  • Daily tasks include designing, implementing, and managing websites using current WordPress platform.
  • Troubleshoot website problems, keeping up with latest industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal IT team on web hosting platform migration.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer and Senior Engineer.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling high-traffic WordPress websites.
  • Advanced proficiency in DevOps, Front-End and Back-End web development, design and platforming with JavaScript and TypeScript for financial services and technology companies.
  • Experience with marketing integrations, GTM, GSC, HubSpot, and Salesforce and evaluating workflows.
  • Appreciation and understanding of ADA best practices and approaches.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineers as well as non-technical stakeholders on our marketing team.
  • Proficiency with MySQL and a strong understanding of database performance in a WordPress context.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Understanding of CRO and SEO practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
