About the role

  • Drive engagement and conversion of corporate executive prospective clients sourced internally and externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement.
  • Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous.
  • Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.
  • Experience with workplace solutions and the client conversion process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required .
