About the role
- Drive engagement and conversion of corporate executive prospective clients sourced internally and externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement.
- Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous.
- Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.
- Experience with workplace solutions and the client conversion process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required .
