About the role

  • Source, attract, and close top talent across all disciplines, owning full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance
  • Deliver a high-touch, efficient candidate experience from application through offer
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring plans and sourcing strategies, and keep interview and offer processes moving forward
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and thoughtful communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines and relationships to support future hiring needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent, with creative and proactive approaches
  • Full-cycle engineering recruiting experience, including driving referrals, with a strong track record in a scaling organization
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong, productive relationships
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized while managing multiple roles at once
