About the role

  • Coordinate interviews and logistics across the candidate experience
  • Support 3 recruiters and their hiring pipelines, helping keep interviews, communication, and next steps moving efficiently
  • Schedule video and onsite interviews quickly and accurately
  • Create a thoughtful, high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Communicate professionally and handle sensitive information with care
  • Open and manage job requisitions and candidate records in Greenhouse
  • Keep our careers site up to date
  • Help support recruiting events such as tech talks, college career fairs, and academic lab info sessions
  • Pitch in on additional recruiting and People Team projects as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting, HR, or coordination work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Interested in improving processes and making things work better over time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Care about delivering a great experience to candidates
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse a plus)
