About the role

  • Develop front-end and back-end solutions using React, Node.js (NestJS), and other modern technologies.
  • Build and refine prototypes to produce high-quality products.
  • Take ownership of the architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems.
  • Contribute to SDKs, CLI tools, and other developer-facing products.
  • Integrate Web3 principles, including wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
  • Lead projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery, while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • 3+ years in front-end development using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong experience in Node.js, GraphQL, Mocha/Chai, and other backend technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and maintaining high code quality standards.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and smart contracts.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with multi-chain wallet development, EVM, and Substrate.
  • Background in AI/ML or blockchain-related projects.
  • Leadership skills and experience in guiding development teams.
