Requirements

  • Has worked with founders closely, or was a founder before.
  • Is interested in driving the data-pipelines-first approach to AI Agents marketplace.
  • Can put together bleeding-edge AI demos quickly (computer vision, LLMs, video, sentiment analysis, etc.), and is eager to focus on reducing their time-to-market.
  • Is interested in decentralization, since it poses an extra challenge with AI @ Cere.
  • Prioritizes hard-earned knowledge over showing off with numbers.
  • Shares the view that AI workflows start from data onboarding and dynamic indexing.
  • Enjoys on- and off-site events when we get the team together and work face to face.
