About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Client Project Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of client onboarding and implementation projects, from scoping through go-live and hypercare.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports; proactively surface risks and drive mitigations.
  • Run regular client-facing project governance: kick-offs, steering committees, and milestone reviews.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across different geographies and fund types (PE, VC, private credit, real assets).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into clear delivery briefs.
  • Partner with Client Success, Data, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and resource allocation.
  • Escalate and resolve blockers decisively, maintaining client confidence throughout delivery.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine repeatable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify patterns across engagements to improve onboarding speed, data quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of the PMO function as CEPRES scales its client base.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of project management experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a data/analytics SaaS business.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering complex, client-facing implementation or onboarding projects on time and within scope.
  • Exposure to private markets (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or real estate) is a strong advantage.
  • Structured thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; equally comfortable in a client boardroom and a Jira backlog.
  • Proficiency with project management tooling (e.g. MS Project, Kanban Boards, SAFe and PMI Processes) and documentation standards.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and maintain momentum across long-running programmes.
  • Data-literate: comfortable discussing data structures, data mapping, and integration workflows at a conceptual level.
  • Client-first mindset: you treat client outcomes as your north star.
  • High ownership and accountability — you follow through without needing to be chased.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic; you build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a globally distributed team.
