Key responsibilities & impact

Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and tracking progress through the selection stages;
Assist in administering and organizing Psychological Assessment processes, following the profession's technical and ethical guidelines;
Provide support for organizing and delivering trainings, presentations, and development activities;
Prepare and update controls, spreadsheets, and departmental reports;
Assist with organizing documents and administrative activities for the department;
Provide support for other Organizational Psychology activities as needed.

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Psychology undergraduate program, from the 6th semester onward;
Intermediate English;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Good verbal and written communication.
