Salesforce Developer

• Century Consulting Services LLC mission: help people break free from debt and reclaim financial independence using Salesforce technology
• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs
• Develop and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, including validation rules, approval processes, and flows
• Implement Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Manage and maintain managed packages and third-party integrations to optimize system performance and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
