About the role
- Actively prospect key accounts and mid-market accounts within a diverse client base: corporate headquarters, facility management providers, commercial real estate, condominium property managers
- Identify key decision-makers: Heads of General Services (Facilities Managers), Procurement Managers/Buyers, Technical Directors
- Organize and conduct sales meetings, including on-site/in-person meetings
- Build and develop a portfolio of strategic clients with a long-term approach
- Analyze and document client needs, integrating technical, financial and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) considerations
- Identify and qualify opportunities with medium to long sales cycles (3 to 6 months)
- Manage complex tender processes in coordination with technical teams and senior management
- Develop turnkey service proposals tailored to each client's specific requirements
- Price, draft and present commercial proposals with strong supporting arguments
- Lead high-level commercial negotiations and secure contracts
- Ensure business profitability (revenue, margins)
- Oversee operational follow-up of contracts through to implementation
- Retain existing clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Advise and support clients during solution implementation
- Ensure client satisfaction and service quality
- Represent the company and uphold its commitments to quality, performance and environmental responsibility.
Requirements
- Degree from a business school (e.g., NEOMA, KEDGE, TBS, EM Normandie, etc.)
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience selling complex B2B services
- Experience ideally gained in facility management, corporate services, environmental services, recycling and/or energy sectors
- Comfortable working in SME environments combining autonomy, versatility and high standards
- Strong mastery of complex sales and long decision-making cycles
- Ability to develop bespoke, comprehensive turnkey offers
- Strong financial acumen: revenue, margins, profitability
- Proven experience managing complex tender processes
- Comfortable negotiating at senior levels.
