About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to assigned contract regarding employee relations matters

- Frequently travel to prison locations within the assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred; we will also consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
- Minimum of (6-10) years of HR or employee relations experience with a large company
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee population
- Experience working in unionized environments, including adherence to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
- Strong employee relations background
- Travel up to 40% to support facilities throughout assigned territory
- Must be comfortable visiting and working within correctional facilities
- Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check
