Provide administrative services for NOAA’s Office of Human Capital Services, including Voluntary Leave Transfer Program, Reports, Employee File Maintenance, Requests for Preliminary Employment Data, Time and Attendance, Training and Development program coordination, Secretarial/clerical support, and HR program coordination support.
Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities including budgeting, personnel records and payroll.
Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience providing administrative support.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
Experience supporting the National Weather Service (NWS) or other Federal agencies strongly preferred.
