About the role

  • Execute daily fund flows: Coordinate stablecoin settlements, oversee tokenized share issuance, and manage complex smart contract interactions.
  • Manage DeFi liquidity & routing: Direct cross-chain liquidity and connect our tokenized RWA products into broader DeFi protocols.
  • Build intelligent monitoring: Design workflows that automate complex reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems.
  • Oversee risk & financial reporting: Maintain precise transaction logs, prepare daily/monthly financial reports, and build intelligent alerting systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate operational bottlenecks into scalable improvements.

Requirements

  • TradFi Foundation: 2–4+ years of core experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • DeFi Fluency: Hands-on experience navigating onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges.
  • AI & Automation Readiness: Strong proficiency in data manipulation (Excel, SQL) combined with basic Python skills.
  • Unmatched Precision: Exceptional attention to detail when validating accounting packages, tracking onchain events.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: The ability to translate nuanced operational workflows into clear requirements.
