About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct in-person visits to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
  • Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification
  • Weekly in-person supervision
  • Ability to work in both virtual and in-home or center-based settings
  • Knowledge and application of ABA principles
  • Ability to develop individualized, assent-based behavior plans
  • Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians
  • Ability to conduct regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to provide monthly parent training
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, families, and clinical teams
