About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress

Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience delivering ABA therapy

- Strong engagement skills with parents and clients
