About the role
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to mentor and support staff
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication skills
