About the role
- Help develop the capacities of the target population to maintain or restore their autonomy
- Carry out interventions aimed at preventing or overcoming difficulties
- Work with individuals, families and groups to improve living conditions across social, health, family, economic, cultural and professional domains
- Participate in psychiatric and psychological assessment, orientation and support for people experiencing precarious situations
- Use and mobilize networks to design appropriate care and support pathways
- Conduct mobile outreach shifts with the Mobile Psychiatry and Precarity Team (EMPP) in reception, shelter and housing facilities
- Provide socio-educational support that facilitates access to healthcare
- Contribute to the development and drafting of care and support plans
Requirements
- Diploma as a Specialized Social Educator
- Valid driving licence (Category B)
- Adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct support interviews in complex situations
- Ability to formalize individual and group environmental diagnostic work
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in the fields of psychiatry and social precarity
